A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due one week before collection.
Bookings may be transferable but are not guaranteed due to other customer orders.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Care must be taken when collecting and transporting the cake as they are fragile. The cakes are vulnerable to extremes of temperature, in hot / humid conditions there is the possibility of buttercream, fondant and sugar decorations melting.
